Mouse is a true powerhouse of a dog (earning him the nickname the northern PowerMouse)! He has immense speed and strength, making him a very promising agility dog. He has a huge stride length so covers the ground very quickly but also has the incredible ability to turn on a sixpence - his wing wraps are a lot tighter than my lighter, smaller built girls. He makes jumping seem effortless and rarely takes poles down at training. His favourite part about agility is definitely the tunnels - as a part of a celebratory parade for getting a difficult sequence right in training, he will run round with his tugger in his mouth before going to lay in a tunnel (looking rather pleased with himself).

He's an intelligent boy and enjoys all kinds of training. His favourite tricks are step on, shimmy and reverse.
In obedience, he trots gracefully and with purpose in heelwork; his sit presents are so close that you see his big mane poking through between Dad's legs as he adoringly looks up at his handler (definitely a daddy's boy)!
In agility, he stylishly swims through the weaves and effortlessly runs over the A Frame. The acceleration on this boy is breath-taking. He gathers every ounce of strength to push off into a sprint and flies over the ground. Whether that's accelerating out of a turn in agility or when racing the girls through the fields on our walks - he always impresses us as we watch with awe. Building stamina and endurance is the next challenge for Mouse so he can maintain the same effort throughout a training session.

Mouse absolutely adores people and that's an understatement! He believes everyone is his friend and deserve lots of kisses (and the occasional chin nibble) - a proper cuddle monster and a real softie! He is exuberant, playful and full of enthusiasm for life.

Despite this energy, he can be the calmest dog in the world - he spends his days behind the counter in our family-owned pet/hardware shop and on an evening, he can be found fast asleep behind the sofa, as quiet as a Mouse...!

Mouse was a very confident puppy, took everything in his stride and nothing seemed to faze him. He could take on the world! He happily sat outside supermarkets and at the train station, waiting for passersby to look at him so he could entice them in to say hello. This confidence has continued through into his adult life where he seems to have no fear - seesaw training was great fun, he just loved to make it bang from day one! No self-preservation though!

Mouse is an incredibly handsome boy, admired by many for his bright eyes, silky coat and well-built structure (people are often surprised to find out muscular he really is when they stroke him!). He's a big lad with a big heart!

We won't be breeding from Mouse.
